THE BEGINNING
Why I wrote the whole plan down.
A large private goal can become a fantasy because nobody can see where the number came from or whether anything is moving. Writing it publicly changes that. Every claim can be questioned. Every completed project can become evidence. Every change to the roadmap has to be explained.
This website is the first working result. It establishes the story, the roadmap, project intake, scope-first pricing, a public work board, and a way for people to help without spending money.
The promise is not that every week will look successful. The promise is that the record will remain honest.
This first entry records the beginning of the public story. New entries will describe meaningful decisions, completed work, corrections, and changes to the path as they happen.
