Refund policy
A clear pause before work starts
We leave the first 24 hours after your upfront payment is successfully captured free of project work. That gives you time to change your mind before we start.
For a change-of-mind cancellation, send a clear cancellation request within 24 hours of capture, including the exact 24-hour boundary. Include your name, project and payment reference. Send your request to buildthewayback@gmail.com or fegpotlk@gmail.com. We use the payment provider's verified capture time to calculate the deadline. You do not need to wait for our reply to meet the deadline.
A qualifying cancellation in that first window receives a full refund of the upfront payment. We return it through the original payment transaction, not an unrelated account. Your bank or payment provider controls when it appears in your balance. We will confirm the refund when it has actually been processed.
After the first 24 hours
Our studio policy does not offer change-of-mind refunds of the upfront payment after that window, including if you cancel or decide not to use the work. Work already performed or delivered is not refundable merely because you change your mind. This studio policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded or the exceptions below.
This does not cover studio errors or remove your rights
If we cannot provide the agreed work, charge you twice or charge an incorrect amount, contact us so we can review the issue and provide the fix or refund appropriate to your agreed project. A claim that work does not match the agreed scope will be reviewed on its facts; it is not dismissed as a change of mind.
PayPal disputes follow PayPal's process. We will follow PayPal's decision for a dispute handled by PayPal. This studio policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded.
Before paying
You will see the scope, amount, these terms and this refund policy before committing. Work starts only after the first 24 hours and the project is ready to begin. No fast-track delivery is offered.
